09 / Scope and limitations
Evidence first. Claims only after measurement.
This brief is an industry concept and research-based diagnostic framework, not a client result or a claim that every brokerage experiences these problems.
Lead prioritization must not use protected characteristics or discriminatory proxies. Housing-related advertising, referrals, screening, and service practices require review against applicable fair-housing and other laws.
Contact data must be collected and used with appropriate permissions, notices, suppression rules, and channel-specific compliance checks. A CRM field does not itself establish permission to contact someone.
AI or rules-based recommendations should support, not silently replace, the accountable agent or broker. The brokerage must be able to understand, correct, and override them.
